Serving senior living communities, churches, special events & gatherings across the Valley

A calling rooted in love and joy.

Joyful Noise Ministries exists to remind every person we serve that their life, voice, story, and presence still matter.

The foundation of Joyful Noise

“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.”
Psalm 100:1–2 KJV

Psalm 100:1–2 is more than the inspiration behind the name Joyful Noise Ministries—it is the foundation of its mission: to serve the Lord with gladness while bringing joy, love, and encouragement into the lives of others.

Antoinette Foster

Founder | Director of Engagement

Antoinette Foster is the Founder and Director of Engagement for Joyful Noise Ministries. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she has spent most of her adult life throughout the Phoenix Valley, a community she truly loves and is proud to serve.

Homeschooled by her father, she credits him as one of her very best friends, her lifelong mentor, and one of the greatest influences in her life. She later studied nursing at Pensacola Christian College and Grand Canyon University.

Her heart for caregiving began at the age of 18, when she started working as a home health aide and serving elderly individuals and people with special needs. She later became a respite care provider for children with disabilities, primarily autism. These experiences taught her the importance of patience, compassion, presence, and meeting people where they are.

Her journey eventually led her to HonorHealth, where she worked in primary care scheduling and insurance verification. During that time, she was presented with an opportunity to become an activities coordinator for assisted living homes. She gratefully accepted, not fully realizing how much that opportunity would change the direction of her life.

That role allowed Antoinette to bring together so many parts of who she is—her love for people, caregiving experience, creativity, faith, and music. She eventually transitioned from an activities coordinator to an activities director, and that journey opened the door for her to establish and launch Joyful Noise Ministries.

She believes God has given her the ability to use her talents to share love, spread joy, and bring light into the lives of others. Music has always been a part of who she is, but Joyful Noise has grown into something even greater: a ministry of presence, compassion, and meaningful engagement.

When she enters a home, her desire is not simply to complete an activity or sing a few songs. She wants every resident to feel noticed, relevant, listened to, included, and genuinely cared for. Most importantly, she wants them to know they have not been forgotten.

For her, this work is about love. It is about showing up, being present, and doing whatever she can to create an uplifting and memorable experience. Whether that happens through music, activities, conversation, laughter, or simply taking the time to listen, she is committed to meeting people where they are and serving from her heart.

Antoinette is deeply thankful for every person who has encouraged and supported her throughout this journey. Above all, she thanks the Lord Jesus Christ for every door He has opened and for allowing her to share the gifts He has given her with others.
